Vendor Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in a Faith Creationz vendor market, you (“Vendor”) agree to the following terms:
 

1. Application & Approval

• All vendors must complete the official application form.

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

• Faith Creationz reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

• Vendors will be selected based on product fit, variety, and overall market balance.

 

2. Vendor Fees

• Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure your spot.

• Payment deadlines will be clearly communicated.

• Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your space.

 

3. Refund Policy

• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Faith Creationz.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations by the vendor, including no-shows.

• If the event is postponed, fees may be transferred to the new date.

4. Setup & Breakdown

• Vendors must arrive within the designated setup window.

• All booths must be fully set up before the event begins.

• Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved.

• Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, displays, and setup materials unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Vendor Conduct

• Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming presence.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Faith Creationz is a community-centered, faith-driven environment—vendors should align with that atmosphere.

 

6. Products & Sales

• Vendors may only sell products that were approved during the application process.

• All items must be legal, appropriate, and in good condition.

• Faith Creationz reserves the right to request removal of any product deemed unsuitable.

• Vendors are responsible for their own sales, transactions, and applicable taxes.

 

7. Liability

• Vendors participate at their own risk.

• Faith Creationz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Vendors are responsible for the safety of their booth and equipment.

• Vendors agree to hold Faith Creationz harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Events may be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• Faith Creationz reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel events if necessary.

• In the case of cancellation by Faith Creationz, vendors may be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

 

9. Marketing & Promotion

• By participating, vendors grant Faith Creationz permission to use their business name, product images, and booth photos for marketing and promotional purposes.

• This includes social media, website content, and event advertising.

 

10. Agreement
By submitting payment and participating in a Faith Creationz event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
